Yoga is particularly beneficial for the older age group as it can help with balance to help prevent falls, it can also help with anxiety, depression and general aches and pains as well as helping with circulation and lowering blood pressure. It can have lasting effects and help to promote a positive attitude.

You can have a one off class for a special occasion, book a block of classes or have regular classes.
