Chair Yoga for Care Homes, Retirement Living or Nursing Homes


Yoga is particularly beneficial for the older age group as it can help with balance to help prevent falls, it can also help with anxiety, depression and general aches and pains as well as helping with circulation and lowering blood pressure.  It can have lasting effects and help to promote a positive attitude.


You can have a one off class for a special occasion, book a block of classes or have regular classes.


Classes can be delivered individually on request or as a group.


I am a fully qualified Yoga Teacher, with Public Liability Insurance to 5m, Enhanced CRB, Adult Safeguarding Certificate,First Aid Certificate. I belong to Independant Yoga Network,Complimentary Therapies Assoication and Dru Yoga Network.
