About Michele

 

Michele has run a successful yoga business since 2008 offering yoga & Pilates classes to all organisations as well as public and corporate classes and private one to one sessions.

 

Michele teaches a mixture of Hatha, DRU and flow yoga as well as Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Chair Yoga and Pilates.  Her classes are very adaptable and any one of any age or ability are able to participate and feel the wonderful benefits. We love the postures, breathing techniques, sequences and yoga flows and the way it links mindfulness with postures yet has a modern approach with the fun and active way of warming up. Ending classes with a deep meditation/relaxation.

 

Michele has provided classes in exclusive retreats offering Yoga, mindfulness, meditation and walking meditation and also delivers Yoga and Wellness weekend Retreat and mini half day and one day retreats and workshops

 

Yoga is incredibly uplifting and can be enjoyed by everyone at any age. It helps with agility, flexibility, co-ordination, balance, confidence, positivity and combats stress, anxiety and depression....what is there not to love about that!!
